WRECK AND SALVAGE

Interpretation

The unless the context otherwise requires;

1.      receiver  = receiver of wreck;

2.      salvage   = includes all expenses properly incurred by the salvor in the performance of

                   salvage services;

3.      vehicle   = includes any vehicle of any description, whether propelled by mechanical

                                power/ otherwise and whether used for drawing other vehicles/ otherwise;

4.      wreck    = includes jetsam, flotsam, lagan and derelict found in/ on the shores of the sea

                   / any tidal water.
